2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Service Cancellations: If you cancel your cleaning appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.
• Missed Appointments: If our team fails to show up for a scheduled cleaning without prior notice, you may request a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
• Unresolved Issues: If re-cleaning does not meet your expectations and the issue remains unresolved, you may request a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

• Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
• Initial Consultation Fees: Any fees associated with consultations or assessments are non-refundable.
